people Chloe Tidy joined Swathe Services Ltd. (Norwich, England) in October as the marketing and logistics coordinator. She has a background in digital marketing campaigns utilizing Web 1.0 and 2.0 platforms. Gary Gysin began in October as executive vice president of global sales and services at Liquid Robotics Inc. (Sunnyvale, California). He will scale the Wave Glider data services business for the next phase of growth and will report directly to CEO Bill Vass. CTLGroup (Skokie, lllinois) has expanded its Maritime Engineering Consulting Services with the addition of Patrick J. Hudson as a senior engineer in September. Hudson has 23 years of experience in naval architecture, specializing in port and harbor engineering, ship stability and mooring design. Hudson was previously president of Moment Engineering, a company he founded in 2008. Bibby Remote Intervention Ltd. (Liverpool, England) has appointed Lloyd Duncan as senior inspection repair and maintenance consultant and Andy Inglis as inspection manager. Duncan began in August, with commercial responsibility for the acquisition and delivery of inspection projects. Inglis began in September, overseeing the technical delivery. Channel Technologies Group (Santa Barbara, California) has appointed Paul Downey as chief fnancial offcer. He will oversee the fnance and accounting operations and serve on the executive leadership team. Patrick Webb has been appointed as general manager of U.S. feld services for Wärtsilä North America Inc. (Houston, Texas). Based in New Orleans, Louisiana, Webb will oversee the North American feld services team and will be a member of the U.S. services management team. He has more than 20 years of marine engineering and business management experience. Allan Bertelsen began in August as the managing director of ATLAS Hydrographic GmbH (Bremen, Germany). He replaces Ulrich von Somnitz, who will be returning to ATLAS Elektronik GmbH. Prior to his new appointment, Bertelsen managed the business of ATLAS Maridan ApS. John Kermet is now the chief operating offcer at Seakeeper Inc. (California, Maryland), after being promoted from his former position as vice president of sales, marketing and service. He joined Seakeeper in 2008. Eric Levitt started in September at Bluefn Robotics Corp. (Quincy, Massachusetts) as sales director for commercial and international markets.
