The WorkBoat Annual Conference—Dive Deeper One of the highlights of the International WorkBoat Show is the Annual Conference. This year, the conference features four maritime industry sector summits, which will allow the participants to dive deeper into the challenges and opportunities facing commercial mariners. Broken out across two days, the WorkBoat Annual Conference will focus on "Shipyards," "Tug, Tow & Passenger Vessel" and "Offshore." Each program will feature a varied format consisting of a combination of roundtable discussions and interactive presentations. A series of networking opportunities, ideal for peer-to-peer problemsolving and idea sharing, will comple- ment the program, ensuring that the key learnings from each day extend far beyond the classroom walls. In addition, for the first time, the WorkBoat Annual Con- ference will feature a full day of programming focused on all things pertinent to maintenance and repair, from best prac- tices to emerging technologies and more. Maintenance & Repair Day, which will be held on Wednesday, November 29, is an important educational opportunity for owners/op- erators, port captains, fleet managers, engineers and others responsible for keeping U.S. commercial vessels in service and operating efficiently. Maintenance & Repair Day will offer case study pre- sentations and panel discussions, roundtable talks and net- working opportunities. Conference passes include free Wi- Fi, complimentary coffee, a networking lunch and a happy hour. In addition, Maintenance & Repair Day participants will have full access to all three days of the International WorkBoat Show's exhibits, open sessions and special events.
