Reynolds will be based in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and be re- sponsible for identifying and develop- ing non-E&P-related business opportu- nities in the northeastern U.S. Aqueos Corp. has appointed David Grady as project manager - special projects. Grady brings experience in diving operations and will bring his ex- pertise into the group to help increase technical sale capabilities. Paul Elliott has been named general manager of the Asia Pacific Region for Subsea Technology and Rentals Ltd. (STR). Elliott will be responsible for working with existing custom- ers and agents within the region to support business and develop new opportunities and relationships. Chong Chee Meng has joined ChartCo Ltd. as business de- velopment director in Asia. Meng has more than 25 years' experience in the commercial maritime navigation sector. Neptune has appointed Paul Rennie as survey operations manager for its European, Mediterranean and African op- erations. Rennie has more than 20 years' experience in hydrographic survey markets. He will lead the company's Aberdeen-based survey team with a focus on enhancing business development activities within the region. The U.S. Integrated Ocean Observing System Director Zdenka Willis has retired from the position. The Maritime Alliance worked with Willis on the U.S. Ocean Enterprise study published in February 2016. Carl Gouldman will be taking over as director. Richard Gage has been named director of the project man- agement office at OceanWorks International. Gage will be responsible for leading the project management personnel and processes to ensure cost and schedule progression con- trols are effective. Ince & Co. Singapore has appointed Ton van den Bosch as counsel to advise on projects and maritime infrastructure. Previously, van den Bosch served as general counsel for an international FPSO company. Port Logistics Group appointed Ruben Morales as senior vice president of West Coast operations. Morales brings more than 20 years' experience with e-commerce fulfill- ment and omnichannel distribution. Evac Group has named Claes Rudling as global business area president, offshore and merchant. Rudling will also continue to serve as CEO of Uson Marine, acquired by Evac Group in December 2016.
