Hawboldt Industries has named David Marchetti to a senior sales role. Mar- chetti brings 27 years' experience in operations, manufacturing, engineer- ing, project management and customer service. Deep Ocean Engineering Inc. announced Raul Enrique Pena as vice president of sales and marketing. Pena brings an in-depth knowledge of sales, channel management, business development and marketing. Brown has more than 38 years' experience in the offshore oil and gas industry. Working from the Houston, Texas, offce, he will focus his efforts to increase the company's position in the domestic and inter- national energy market. Bret Montaruli has been appointed vice president and chief engineer of ABS. Montaruli will be responsible for overseeing the interpretation, application and compli- ance with the ABS Rules across all ABS Engineering of- fces around the world.
