Sullivan's interests include phytoplankton/ecology, ocean optics, remote sensing, and instrument development. John MacLeod has been appointed general manager for VERIPOS in the Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME) Region. He comes with 25 years of experience working with oil and gas industries. Based at the company's Aberdeen, Scotland, headquarters, MacLeod will be responsible for continuing development of the region's growing activities in response to increased demand for its facilities. Bibby Ship Management has appointed Donald Macfarlane as safety, health, environment and quality director. Mac- farlane is responsible for managing and developing a high standard of safety, health, environment and quality-related initiatives across the group, both onshore and on board ships. Oceaneering International Inc. announced the addition of Steve Barrett as senior vice president, subsea products. Bar- rett will be responsible for Oceaneering's subsea products regime. Barrett started his career in the oil and gas industry in 1980. In 1982, he joined FMC Technologies, Inc., where he progressed from design engineer to his most recent role as global subsea services director. TCO has appointed Paul Betteridge managing director of its U.K. division. With more than 35 years of experience within the energy sector, he will provide strategic vision and focus on the expansion of TCO's global presence. 2H Offshore announced the appointment of Prahlad Enu- ganti as technical manager. Enuganti will share the respon- sibility for the management of the Aberdeen, Scotland, of- fce with the existing management team and contribute his wealth of experience in structural monitoring and integrity management to help drive business growth. BMT Cordah has named Andrew Glass managing director. Glass will be responsible for leading the business in imple- menting strategy, direction and policy, ensuring the compa- ny will continue to provide an extensive range of specialist services to its U.K. and international offshore oil and gas customers. Seatronics Ltd. has appointed Joanne Keiloh as its new group QHSE coordinator based in Aberdeen, Scotland. Keiloh will lead the QHSE function within the Seatronics Group and will support the companies' global bases in driv- ing the QHSE strategy and culture alongside local represen- tatives.
