Kongsberg Maritime. Radio Holland, Rotterdam, Nether- lands, has signed a managed service agreement that will cover nine vessels for four years. The agreement covers oil tankers of around 45,000-50,000 dwt on a 24/7 basis and includes everything from annual radio surveys to servicing bridge equipment. Thome Ship Management. Intellian, Irvine, California, has col- laborated to deliver next-generation, high-speed maritime connectivity via 60-cm and 1-m VSAT platforms. Benefts include secure SSL connec- tion and the ability to network via the LAN function for simple management of multiple devices. Telenor Satellite Broadcasting. Aquatic Engineering and Construc- tion Ltd., Aberdeen, Scotland, was awarded a contract on the $10 billion Moho Nord subsea project. They will provide technical expertise and support to operate equipment hired for the duration of the operation. This includes the installation of 23 km of subsea fexible pipe and 50 km of umbilicals.
