Each Teledyne Ma- rine company is a leader in its respective feld, with a shared commitment to providing premium products backed by un- paralleled service and support. In keeping with Teledyne's philosophy, the member prod- uct brands within the Teledyne Marine Group remain com- mitted to their technical heritage; however, they are now, as "One Team", able to leverage, combine and expand their relationships, talents and technology to provide customers with a new level of collaborative technology, innovation and worldwide support; making each organization more relevant and valuable to its expanded customer base. Col- lectively, Teledyne Marine encompasses 41 global manu- facturing and service centers, and more than 2,400 skilled employees. As Teledyne Marine has continued to grow at a rapid pace, so has the need for increased focus and communi- cations throughout the organization to better serve our customers. To address this, Teledyne Marine is in the pro- cess of a customer-focused restructuring designed to better align the organization's collective business development, sales and marketing resources. The new Teledyne Marine features a unifed "One Team" business development and marketing structure that will foster enhanced cross-organi- zational training, communications and infrastructure to pro- vide a heightened level of technical collaboration, customer service and support.
