The contract will provide nonintrusive production testing of oil wells in this onshore feld. Sonar metering technology will be used to measure production from the wells. Undisclosed. DryShips Inc., Athens, Greece, has signed documentation for a previously announced, six-year contract for drill- ing operations offshore Angola for its ultradeepwater drillship the Ocean Rig Skyro. The contract is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2015 and has an estimated backlog of $1.3 billion. Total E&P.; RSC Bio Solutions, Charlotte, North Carolina, signed a partnership agree- ment to increase the availability of VGP-approved environmentally ac- ceptable lubricants for stern tube seal applications. Both companies will take responsibility for global distributions. The partnership is not exclusive. AE- GIR-Marine. Claxton, Great Yarmouth, England, was awarded a multiyear contract, running from January 2014 until June 2020. The contract includes high- and low-pressure risers, auxiliary equip- ment and services offshore Norway. Det norske oljeselskap ASA. Damen Shipyards Group, Gorinchem, Netherlands, has received an order for a Multi Cat 2712. The vessel will be the frst newbuild from Damen's range of workboats to operate in Norway's large aquaculture and oil spot market indus- try. Samba AS. Atlantic Offshore Rescue, Aberdeen, Scotland, has secured a fve-year char- ter with fve one-year options to extend to support operations in the Gannet, Annasuria and the Dana Petroleum Triton Asset in the central North Sea. Shell UK. Danelec Marine, Birkeroed, Denmark, has received signifcant Voyage Data Recorder retroft orders from its dis- tributors in Italy and the Netherlands. The distributors will be responsible for shipboard service and performance tests. Telemar SpA and Aage Hempel. Alfalight Inc., Madison, Wisconsin, has received an indefnite delivery, in- defnite quantity contract with a maxi- mum value of $49 million over a pe- riod of fve years. Alfalight will deliver its Non-Lethal Ocular Disruptor with Enhanced Safet to Quantico, Virginia, later this year. U.S. Marine Corps Sys- tem Command. James Fisher Defence, Inchinnan, Scotland, has been awarded a four- year contract to provide ROV support services. The contract affords 24-hour, on-demand access to engineering sup- port. Ministry of Defence Salvage and Marine Operations. OceanGate Inc., Seattle, Washington, has made a sales agreement that will provide government and commercial clients with a broad array of technol- ogy, experience and expertise to ad- dress subsea missions in challenging marine environments. Global Diving & Salvage Inc. Sino-Global Shipping America Ltd., Flushing, New York, signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The precise nature of cooperation will be dictat- ed by successful completion of due diligence, negotiation and analysis of each company's strengths and oppor- tunities. Qingdao Zhenghe Shipping Group Ltd. Lockheed Martin, Bethesda, Mary- land, received a $69 million contract to provide the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intel- ligence, Surveillance and Reconnais- sance system for the U.S. Coast Guard. Huntington Ingalls Industries. 3sun Group, Great Yarmouth, Eng- land, has secured a contract extension to provide offshore wind turbine instal- lation services in the U.K. until 2016. The two-year extension involves pro- viding technicians for the installation. Siemens. Caterpillar Marine Power Systems, Hamburg, Germany, has been select- ed to provide an optimized tug pack- age for a 55T ASD tug newbuild.
