Harkand Further Expands Vessel Fleet in North Sea Harkand (Aberdeen, Scotland) has extended its ROV support vessel feet operations in the North Sea by signing a charter agreement for the Surf Ranger. The multipurpose ROV, survey and air-diving vessel, owned by Go Offshore (Perth, Australia), will be deployed immediately on its frst scope of work, a pipeline and structural inspection cam- paign. Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Acquires Qingdao Grand New Energy Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corp. (Dalian, China) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Dalian Xifa Petrochemical Co. Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Qingdao Grand New Energy Co. Ltd., a company providing clean energy solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Xifa will acquire Qing- dao Grand for RMB476, 800 in total consideration, payable in cash.
