A NEW WORLD GLOBAL ACCESS TO WAVE AND CURRENT DATA No engineering required No software required Works with Nortek instruments Includes GPS tracking WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR CURRENT AND WAVE DATA? The Nortek Autonomous Online System (AOS) interfaces directly to a Nortek current profler or bottom mounted wave system and transfers the processed data using a low cost Iridium protocol to a hosted WEB server. All you need to do is to deploy the instrument, press the on button in the controller unit and your data will automatically be accessible online through the cloud. You can also download the data from the server and display information on your own website, for private or public use. Iridium communication is available worldwide and the AOS with integrated batteries is ideal for sites like the Arctic, remote islands or coastal areas anywhere on the planet. The solution is cost-efective, can be used even if there is no local infrastructure, and requires little or no engineering capability. Other sensors like DO or select weather sensors can be added to the system, although the station has to contain at least one Nortek instrument. Call your Nortek ofce today to learn more about the AOS or browse our website www.nortek-as.com to learn how the system will work for you.
